Rebuild Fellowship
For high school kickouts, suspended students, and those ready to rebuild.

Jaron Richardson was kicked out of high school. At boarding school, he spent three weeks uprooting a stump with nothing but a shovel and an axe. With no shortcuts and no escape, he learned how to break impossible problems into manageable pieces.
Those frameworks worked. He went on to play two college sports and earned admission to Johns Hopkins University. Now he has extracted those frameworks into a fellowship for students who need the same foundation.

The Rebuild Fellowship
A select fellowship accepting a limited number of high school students who are struggling, facing discipline, or navigating nontraditional paths.
Not therapy. Not tutoring. Not punishment. Direct mentorship, accountability, and strategic college planning built for students who need a foundation, not a fix.
What Fellows Receive
One on one elite mentorship from someone who has rebuilt their own trajectory
College admissions strategy specifically for nontraditional backgrounds
Personal and academic structure with real accountability
Narrative rebuilding for applications that turn struggle into strength
Someone in your corner who refuses to give up on you
Rebuild Fellowship is intentionally selective and small. Scale of one. Mission driven. Accessible.
